Christmas Market Friday 2nd December 2022, 5pm to 10pm

Thank you for your interest in having a stall at Bishop’s Court Farm Christmas Market on Friday 2nd December 2022.

To be fair to all, a maximum of one stall of each type will be permitted.

Please use the online application form below to enquire about a stall. You will need to upload a copy of your Public Liability insurance certificate before submitting the form. 

A £40 deposit is required to secure your stall. The stall fee is 10% commission from your event takings less the £40 deposit. Stall position will be allocated on a first come first served basis following receipt of a completed booking form and payment. 

Stall holders will be allocated a 3m x 3m space.

Please note, completion of application form does not guarantee you a stall. Successful applicants will be contacted with details on how to make payment for your stall. Only once your completed application form and payment have been received will your booking be confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Fees must be paid as detailed above and are non-refundable. If for any reason you can not attend the event, you must contact the organisers directly.
  2. Bishop’s Court Farm (the event organisers) reserves the right to refuse booking or entry to any event
  3. Any change to the type and/or variety of stock exhibited by the trader must be submitted in writing to and approved by the event organisers prior to the event
  4. Traders will have access for setting up from 3pm on the day of the event and stall setup should be completed prior to the event start time of 5pm.
  5. Stalls should be attended at all times during the course of the event and should not be dismantled until closing time (10pm) or by express permission of the event organisers
  6. All refuse and litter generated by your trade must be picked up and the venue must be left in good order
  7. All business must be conducted in a clean, honest, civil and business-like manner
  8. The trader, their agents and employees will do nothing to adversely affect the health, safety and wellbeing of themselves, other traders or other persons attending the event
  9. The positioning of traders’ stalls at all events is at the absolute discretion of the event organisers. However, we will try to take stallholders’ preferences into consideration as far as is practically possible. Please state any specific requirements on your booking form e.g access to power.
  10. Important news, updates or changes to the event will be conveyed via email. The event organisers accept no responsibility for a trader failing to take note of communications sent to them.
  11. We will use the information you provide to enable us to organise and control the event. We will always comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act and will never pass your details to a third party (except as required by law)
  12. Nothing in these conditions is to be taken as relieving or excusing the trader, his agents or his employees, from any legal duty or responsibility.
